The best sauce spoon; doesnt scratch, too tall to fall in the pot. Premium Pennsylvania hardwoods with an oil finish. Curved like the branch it came from. 13-15" long. Very strong but graceful.  We use these daily, occasionally wipe down with a little cooking or mineral oil.
